Vantage Plus LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a California-based digital products company. We operate vantageplusllc.com and a portfolio of consumer web tools including GetRefundToday.com, GetInsuredToday.com, and GetZenToday.com.

We are not a law firm, financial advisor, or government agency. Our tools provide general guidance and information only.

We collect only what we need to operate our services:

• Payment information — if you purchase a paid feature on any of our tools, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, or sensitive financial account details on our portfolio landing pages.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use the following tracking technologies:

• Google Analytics — to understand aggregate site traffic. You can opt out via Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Essential cookies — small files that keep the site functioning properly. These cannot be disabled without breaking site functionality.

We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to our list. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we remove your data within 30 days. Contact form data is retained for 12 months, then deleted. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention settings (26 months by default).

8. Your Rights (California Residents — CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to know — what personal information we collect and how we use it
• Right to delete — request deletion of your personal information
• Right to opt out — we do not sell data, so this right is already fulfilled
